Does this look like a spreadsheet you make?

Keeping it takes two things: which Line every row is about — 5 of them — and the numbers themselves. What if you only ever had to track Amount, instead of Line and Amount?

It’s more accurate that way, too: there’s no row to find, so a number can’t land in the wrong one, and one that arrives early or late says so instead of sitting next to the others as though nothing happened.
