Terms of Service — Moonshot OS

1. Description of service

Moonshot OS is a software platform that analyzes activity from connected tools, such as Gmail and Google Calendar, to provide insights, summaries, and recommended actions.

2. User responsibilities

You agree to:

• use the product lawfully
• not misuse or attempt to reverse engineer the system
• provide accurate account information

3. Account and access

• You are responsible for maintaining your account.
• You may disconnect integrations at any time.

4. Payments

If you purchase access, for example In Flight or another paid Moonshot tier:

• payments are processed via Stripe
• pricing is clearly stated at checkout
• lifetime access (e.g. Founding Member) means access for as long as Moonshot OS is operational — we will give you at least 30 days notice before sunsetting a tier or deprecating a paid feature, with a refund or comparable alternative offered

5. No guarantees

Moonshot OS provides insights and recommendations, but:

• we do not guarantee business outcomes
• users are responsible for decisions and actions taken

6. Limitation of liability

Moonshot OS is provided “as is.” We are not liable for:

• lost revenue
• missed opportunities
• indirect damages

7. Termination

We may suspend access if terms are violated.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the product means acceptance of the updated terms.
